Buckets Can't be "Placed" Outside Default Reach

Describe the bug
With the long reach effect, the player can build/whatever at a longer distance. However buckets dont appear to work at all beyond the vanilla reach.

Reproduction steps

  1. Give yourself Reach effect (i used a beacon)
  2. Attempt to use a bucket, either a full one, or an empty one on a fluid
  3. Do #2 but outside the vanilla reach range
  4. See how nothing happens

Expected behavior
Be able to use buckets at the same distance im able to modify/use blocks with the Reach effect.

  • Minecraft version: [1.16.5]
  • Loader version [0.11.1]
  • Mod version [1.2.0-1.16.5]

Additional context
I do have a few other mods installed, however I don't believe they would interfere with this, so I did not test without them. I can provide a mod list/test without them if you feel it may be a mod conflict.
