Attempting to place hanging pot does nothing, but it can be placed on the ground. When installed alongside Supplementaries, it will place a hanging pot labeled "Wall lantern" and it has lantern physics but can not be used to plant plants.

Nevermind, just realized hanging pots can only be placed on the underside of blocks, not the side of blocks.
