Reach-Around block placement doesn't work correctly with Tweakeroo's tweakFastBlockPlacement.

When using Tweakeroo's tweakFastBlockPlacement, it bypasses the only layer mode and the fast placement tweak. I didn't test it with other modes but i think it should happen the same thing. Thanks.
