The launcher has updated. With that update, they made accessibility settings more accessible. This means that the first screen you see isn't the main menu. I don't know if this is related, but may help.

Hello! Sorry for the late response, this seems to be caused by some kind of incompatibility between bedrockIfy, "Reimagined World Menu" and some other mod. You can try various things, first try disabling Reimagined world menu and see if the crash stops or the crash log is different. Another thing you can try is launching with only bedrockIfy, go to bedrockify settings, mixins tab and disable "client.features.fishingBobber", relauch with all your mods enabled and see if it works.
