Since pips are also added to the creative menu, there's duplicate entries for both sweetberry pips and glowberry pips.

Actually it must be an incompatability, because I uninstalled some mods and now it's fixed. I'll try to figure out which mods caused it.

No actually, it's strangely intermittent.

I just had the issue again after installing galosphere. I uninstalled galosphere and it fixed the issue. I then reinstalled galosphere to make sure but the issue didn't reappear. I'm going to reopen this because I think it's some weird mod load order issue?

The issue cropped up again after updating a completely unrelated mod and I got a couple pics this time.

I've just encountered the same issue while working on tweaking some cooking recipes for Valhelsia 5. In my case it wasn't the Creative Menu that I was using, but JEI - Sweet Berries and Glow Berries aren't shown in the main JEI pane either (but still show in recipes).

It seems to consistently break in the most recent release of the modpack - everybody who I've asked about it was able to reproduce it.
