[1.19.2] Modrinth version is out of date

The download in Modrinth is out of date (in 0.2.2.147), whereas Curseforge has 1.19.2 at 0.3.0.148

1.19.2 doesn't have the Modrinth upload in the CI/CD, manually uploaded that version now.
