1.21.1 Neoforge - With a large number of achievements, scrolling down stops working.

If there are too many achievements in some mod, not in length, but in height, then you won't be able to scroll down and see the achievements at the bottom. There is no such problem without the mod.

Do you have a specific mod or advancement pack for me to reproduce it?

I'm having the same issue, it happens with even just the vanilla advancements. (I tested in a fresh installation of 1.21.4 with only Fabric API and Better Advancements installed on their latest version).

In the video above, in the Husbandry and Adventure tab, I'm not able to scroll all the way to the bottom with the scroll wheel. I am only able to go down there if I use LMB + Drag, as seen in the video. In the Nether tab, I'm unable to scroll with the scroll wheel entirely.

Also, probably related, but if I have the GUI scale set to 2 or lower, the top of the Husbandry tab is completely not scrollable to, even with LMB + Drag:
