i play in the version 1.20.1 in minecraft java whit the blazeandcave'advancements and in the quest whi multi steps es: travelling bird (play a note block in every type of biome) i see only the byome that i do it and a X that say 34 remaining

Do you have it set to reveal the ones you have not done? You can change the config (criteriaDetail) with one of these values: Spoiler or All - more details - https://github.com/way2muchnoise/BetterAdvancements/blob/master/Common/src/main/java/betteradvancements/common/util/CriteriaDetail.java#L8-L11
