Hi,

I've found that your tile blocks (fancy, large, small and tiny) will pop when punched as if I were in creative mode. I had to double-check that I wasn't :-) If broken with a pickaxe, these tile blocks do drop as expected, although they pop instantly, rather than taking some time to break.

I tested with your other blocks (concrete etc.) and they behaving as expected.
