[Bug]: Mod not loading

Current behavior: Opening the game, even in console, as in mod menu, the mod doesn't seens to show up as loaded
Steps to Reproduce:
- Install mod and dependencies into mods folder.
- Open the game.
- Looking at the Mods Menu or Console, the mod isn't listed.
Expected: Opening the game, seeing the animations and the mod listed.
