Forgeapiport 21.8.0 and PuzzlesLib 21.8.3. Have ETF and EMF and Resource Pack "Fresh Animations" and most animated with resourcepack mobs haven't eyes and animations. Remove forgeconfigapiport solving the bug, but then your mod works at first game start and I have all working animations, on the next start requires this library.
EMF ver. 3.0.1, ETF ver. 7.0.2.

They are not compatible. You can disable individual mobs in he config if there are any you want to keep that Fresh Animations does not have.
