Soaring winds doesn't works when elytra isn't in chestplate slot

Versions:

  • Better archeology: betterarcheology-1.2.1-1.20.1.jar
  • Curios API: curios-forge-5.14.1+1.20.1.jar
  • Forge: 47.4.0

Observed behavior:
If the elytra is enchanted with Soaring winds and equipped somewhere else other than the chestplate slot the enchantment doesn't work.

Expected behavior:
Soaring winds enchantment should function the same as when elytra is equipped in the chestplate slot.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have an elytra enchanted with Soaring winds.
  2. Equip the elytra in the Curios API Back slot.
  3. Try to us the enchantment.
