Pressing the button to change the Fluid Mode just repeatedly comes up with the message "Stopped by Fluid. Does not build through fluid of any kind."

No matter how many times you press the button, it ONLY says that one option and you still can not build underwater.

Is this like a decoy github or something? Anyone here?
