Describe the bug you're experiencing

This is erratic and may not even be directly related to the mod, but hard to say.

I was just testing Java 23 on fabric 1.19 and quite large modpack.

This should be impossible under normal circustances, I guess you got some whacky mod which calls the servertickevent from another thread
