Describe the bug
Whenever I attempt to chop down a tree with an axe, it's mining speed is the same as a player with no an axe at all.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get an axe and chop a tree
2. Break a tree without axe

Expected behavior
Mining speed should be higher with an axe

Additional context
Unsure if this is a compatibility issue, but vanilla and modded axes both share this issue.

Unable to reproduce.
Invalid mod loader information.
