Inconsistent damage numbers

Describe the bug
when dual wielding daggers that use the default bettercombat dagger weapon attributes (the way you are intended to), you make one attack that deals x1.4 damage for every four attacks that deal x0.8 damage.

This means that the player is dealing x0.92 times damage on average, which is completely inconsistent with how every other bettercombat weapon is designed (normally, you deal x1 times damage on average). It seems strange to have certain weapon types to have an hidden -8% damage penalty

To Reproduce
use any weapon that uses the default dagger weapon attributes and count how many horizontal sweep attacks you make for every thrust attack. You will find that you make four, and not two

Expected behavior
either the sweep attacks are changed to deal x0.9 damage, or the thrust is changed to deal x1.8 damage, or change the attack pattern so you make two sweep attacks for every forward thrust, or something else

Additional context
unclear if this is a feature request or not, but given that it seems like an oversight more than an intentional design decision

I don't remember why it turned out as it is, most probably a minor oversight.
Yeah raising to 0.9 would be, appropriate.
