"only attack if energy is full" option doesn't affect Tconstruct weapons.

I've tried adding items in whitelists (in case that was the problem) but nothing happened as well.
Can confirm that I'm also having this issue. Tried systematically tweaking pretty much every relevant config option to no avail. I've also noticed that similar issues have popped up a couple of times on the curseforge page. A pretty strange interaction that I also noticed, having "Attacks require full energy" set to true, and "Refund energy on miss" set to false, results in tconstruct weapons' energy gauge not display after hitting an entity, but will display after swinging into thin air. If swung at thin air, you cannot attack an entity until it is recharged, but after hitting an entity, you can swing repeatedly without waiting for the energy gauge to refill (all the while, the energy gauge is hidden, and you still suffer the damage penalties). I'd be happy to provide a video example if anyone would like, or anything else that might help fixing the issue.
