[1.16.5] Fog bug with Rubidium and Custom Ocean fogs

Describe the bug
When both Rubidium and Better Diving are installed, certain mods with custom underwater fogs cause everything except mobs/particles/sky to black out.

To Reproduce
Download both Rubidium and Better Diving and install a mod with custom water fog, such as Odd Water Mobs. Go to the biome of said mod, in the case it is the Deep Ocean Dunes. Entering the biome, while underwater, will obscure your vision save the aforementioned mobs/particles/sky.

Another mod that has this feature and bug cause by both Rubidium and Better Diving is Faithful Backrooms on the "ocean house" level.
