[Bug] Zawa's Coral is unplaceable on dedicated server with zawa mod.

Describe the bug
Zawa's Coral is unable to be placed within any depth that more than one block deep on a dedicated server. This seems to be a confliction of some sort with the better diving mod.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install zawa, bookworm, and the better diving mods.
  2. Set up and run any dedicated server.
  3. Attempt to place down any variant of Zawa's coral at any depth that is not 1 block deep.

Versions
Better Diving: BetterDiving-1.12.2-1.5.8
Forge: 14.23.5.2847
Minecraft: 1.12.2

An update to the issue, it seems to start working again randomly after a long period of the server being up.

Also happens to me without better diving.
