On every grass block there is one short grass but they haven't got any hitboxes. So they only break when I break the grass block under them.
I don't use a resource pack.
I use Optifine (1.7.10_HD_U_D6) but none of the Optifine settings can solve this issue.
Through Carpenter's Blocks this issue doesn't show up.
