While working on a pack I was tweaking the settings within the in-game config with the console open. I noticed that when I entered, and for the duration I was within, the configs for Better Foliage the console was going nuts. Below is an excerpt of what I seen in the console but no where near representative of how much was actually being posted.

As mentioned in the issue topic I began with Forge version 2491 and updated to 2493 to see if it made a difference, as well as leaving the configs for Better Foliage and entering other mods. The problem was exclusive to Better Foliage regardless of Forge.
