The addon for Game Stages known as Ore Stages has an issue with your mod, the rounded logs feature prevents the logs from rendering as the block they are hidden as

for example if I hide birch logs to look like oak logs they appear as round birch logs that drop oak logs drops, disabling rounded logs fixes this but its less aesthetic and is technically a mod incompatibility
