Im using the Enigmatica 4 pack. The Foliage mod shows in the modlist (ingame). However there are no options to change the edit foliage keybind or any other settings. Also all trees are in their normal state

Most likely cause for those symptoms is if you don't have MixinBootstrap. See the last bullet point in my release comment.

Not having a config GUI is also normal for now (see same comment). You must edit the config file manually if you want to change something. I don't know where you can find that - it depends on your launcher and the way you have your instance set up. I can only offer words of encouragement.
