Kibe Utilities Tanks arent getting any Experience from the XP Upgrade when i set the output to the tank. I have configged the file to accept kibe utilities and nothing.

Actually, there is no way to auto-output the experience from the XP Upgrade to a adjacent tank, if that is what you're talking about. Otherwise, only the horizontal sides( excluding the top and bottom) allow XP Fluid transport.
