Disappearing health bar when hotbar is empty

Describe the bug
If Better HUD, Mantle and Xaero's Minimap is installed, and the hotbar is empty, the health bar disappears.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have an empty inventory hotbar.
  2. Look up at the sky (If you look at a block, the health bar reappears).

Expected behavior
The health bar should not disappear just because the hotbar is empty.

Additional context
All config files are default.
I have narrowed the issue down to these mods, if I remove any of them, the issue goes away.
