Make use of GitHub actions for linting, testing, and builds.

MegaLinter and Gradle builds can be easily implemented.

Please don't open duplicate issues like this in different projects without first looking into what is actually required to implement this.

In addition, I'm not actually interested in doing any of these, so there's no need to look into this particular project.
