Reuse existing mobGriefing game rule to reduce auto-completion clutter

Currently each supported entity has an individual game rule, as more entities are added the clutter in the game rule auto-completion list gets worse since each entity is listed at the top level.
The game rule command could be overwritten so that the custom mob griefing rules becomes a sub-command to be used in the form "/gamerule mobGriefing <entity_name> true|false".
