Implement PigZombie mobGriefing game rule handling

As a user I should be able to set the mobGriefing game rule individually
for PigZombies.

Zombie Pigmen do not inherit the Zombie door breaking behaviour in version 1.7.10.
EntityZombie was updated to use the new AI tasks including door breaking, but EntityPigZombie does not use the task based AI until 1.8.

Issues closed as it is no longer required.
