When you start Minecraft 1.16.5, Fabric 0.11.1 with Fabric API (0.30.0), Modmenu (1.16.0), and Better Mod Button (1.16.2+ 1.1.4) it crashes the game on start up.

I'm not at my pc to check, but did the shrink option apply to the pause menu as well, or only the title screen?

Starting with modmenu 1.15.0, this mod became obsolete. Go into the modmenu config screen and change the style to shrink.

I used adjacent and it applied to both. It provided the same results that this mod's screenshots show.
