not everyone uses combat roll. and there is a combatibility mod specifically for elenai dodge. better combat DOES not require combat roll at all.

This issue should be resolved with the newest release of Better Paragliders (0.5.2) for 1.20.1. If you're still seeing that Combat Roll is required, then as mentioned in the above comment it is a CurseForge related issue and Combat Roll can be safely removed from your modpack without the game crashing as my mod doesn't actually depend on it.

I agree. I removed the dependency in one of the latest updates about a month ago, but for whatever reason CurseForge isn't updating my mod to to require it even though I'm unchecking the requirement on the project.

But as for the actual mod and its code, it does not depend on combat roll. If CurseForge downloads it, just delete it and you should be fine
