I'm the author of a very similar mod that I think I created mainly because this mod was missing a graphical configuration. If this mod had this feature I could probably discontinue it. Update: I probably won't since it has features that are likely out of scope for this mod.

Unfortunately it may create too much bloat... however even the mod menu mod has a config menu now so I don't think it's a big deal.
