Some times when I hit the claim button for quests it doesn't register that I clicked the claim button and it allows you to collect the rewards multiple times.

Heres a little background on my quests, they are made to be repeatable:

I haven't seen a pattern to it but it seems like the more rewards the more chance for there to be a malfunction but I could be wrong (My quests have between 6-8 rewards). My rewards includes vanilla stuff to custom npc rewards like faction and dialog read commands, plus commands to reset other quests. None of the quests reset themselves as I have seen problems there. The way they reset themselves is that there is multiple quests to make up one functioning body of a repeatable quest that all reset an ID that isn't there own. The last quest that makes up a repeatable quest is the last in its tree for example: quest 1 resets quest 2, quest 2 resets quest 1 and 3, and quest 3 resets quest 1 and 2. That makes it possible to redo quest 1.
