Others unable to create quests.

I'm having an issue where I can edit/create quests, however my admins (who have the same perms as I do) are unable to edit/create quests.

By "perms" do you mean OP status because BQ only works with that. I don't do support for Bukkit/Sponge specific permissions

Yes they have OP status.
