Certain items such as bees aren't being detected all of the time... a good example would be having two different kinds of bees but only one detecting occasionally (after resetting the quest) yes I did try it out of edit mode

This sounds like an issue with which NBT tags the quest is setup to look for and the subtle difference in bee tags and I assume their genomes.

Is it possible to configure which data the book specifically targets?
