The text box on the party selection screen can't be selected and the hearts are behind the player.

Also, is the player supposed to not have a skin?

Also seems to be present in another modpack, so it's either a mod in common with these two modpacks (assuming you're on a modpack), or the mod itself is bugged. I've found that mass-clicking the create party button will make it work eventually, but you have to mass-click for every other button in the party menu as well.
