[1.12.2] Crash when trying to edit quest requirements

When I try to edit quest requirements, the game crashes with this crash log:

Linking quests using the link tool works perfectly fine.

As a note, downgrading one version from 3.5.276 to 3.5.275 fixed the issue.

Issue seems to be fixed in 3.5.277, so I'm closing this issue.
