Better Questing Loot Chest gives dungeon loot instead of Modpack configured loot

Hello,
I am playing Enigmatica 2 Expert Mode. Claiming a loot chest produces dungeon loot (which i assume to be the default setting) instead of the loot that the author has configured. I have seen this problem in other modpacks so I thought either Better Questing or Standard Expansion was the problem.
I am using v3.5.288 of Better Questing and v3.4.149 of Standard Expansion
If anyone needs more information, I will try to get it.
