Error due to missing backup folders

BQ version: 3.5.290
Error I get in the console for each file: https://pastebin.com/HCLaFgqB
The issue is that before trying to back up the databases, BQ does not ensure the folders exist. Manually creating the backup and backup/3.5.290 folder manually made the error not appear on my next startup.
