Server gets unresponsive and i am getting this in stall reports

This is related to some network optimisations I haven't gotten around to doing yet, particularly related to syncing the entire quest database with players logging in. The infrastructure is setup to fix it already but I'm holding off for now because I could break a lot of things trying to do that right now and I want to get a couple of non-critical stuff done while BQ is in a fairly stable state at the moment.

Well, for some reason it is worse that it used to be. I am hosting project ozone 3.
