If we could have quest database versioning the player would not have to do /bq_admin default load when packmakers update the quests database. The guide could simply as a question when being opened that a new version is available.

This wouldn't work if the player has multiple worlds with different quest lines. I may in future setup some ID mappings for this sort of things so that quests can be reloaded from separate files
