I suggest adding support for the DiscordIntegration mod trough their IMC system, see https://github.com/Chikachi/DiscordIntegration/wiki/IMC-Feature
Goal is to get Quest achievements synced to Discord as well.

I'd love to have this but there are so many things that need fixing ahead of this. I was actually thinking of adding a Discord widget for listing servers related to packs but even that's on hold for now.
