At present, there is no method of completing all quests by way of a command for administrators. For server admins who are attempting to resolve issues, this would be highly beneficial, and a lot less time consuming than doing the /bq_admin complete <quest_id> [username|uuid] for each and every quest, since some modpacks can have upwards of 300-1000 quests.

Since access to different sections of the quest book cannot be accessed until conditions are met, not being able to mass complete all quests at once, as an admin, presents a major hurdle when trying to resolve issues, such as items required for a quest not existing in the modpack itself.
