I left the new "repeat_relative" at 1/true as I don't understand it and then set "Repeattime to sixty. I expected that I would see a repeat time of either three seconds (60 ticks) or one minute (60 seconds) . . . instead the first time I get three seconds, and the second time seven, after that it seems to be just about instant.

I am completely not understanding something here.
