Texture pack reloads when you get to the main menu

When you start the game with Fabric 0.11.1, Fabric API 0.30.0+1.16, and BetterSlabs 1.1.4 the resource pack reloads when you get to the title screen causing the Mojang loading bar to appear a second time.
