I've played around with the configs and I don't seem to be able to sleep no matter what I write in my configs

had the same problem. found a solution (for me) ((and for sleeping anytime))

# Maximum energy to allow sleeping at
I:maximumEnergy=48000

# Minimum energy to allow sleeping at
I:minimumEnergy=48000
