Make tipped arrows also show up differently when stuck in players

The texture files for normal arrows and tipped arrows, while visually identical, are two separate files, meaning they can be individually customized.

Despite this, even with the mod, tipped arrows will appear as normal arrows inside of players:

It'd be expected that tipped arrows would do the same thing as spectral arrows: they should appear distinct from normal arrows inside of players.
