Cape animations are not fully present

Versions

Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
Architectury API Version: 1.29.51
Platform (Forge/Fabric): Forge
Forge Version: 1.16.5-36.2.26
Mod Version: 11.0.4

Additional context

Only present on Forge 1.16 version.
