I defeated the dragon and tried 5 times to go to the outer end islands, I even tried to use commands nothing worked, tried to just leave the end through the normal portal and the game just froze, I could move around but couldn’t go through the portal or hit/break anything. Not sure what the issue is exactly but it is similar to the report posted an hour before me.
