Spawning in the central island (if swapOverWorldWithEnd = true) doesn't make sense, make the player spawn outside the central island.

because you spawn without gear to fight the dragon, and you can't even escape. + fighting the dragon is supposed to be one of the late game objectives, after you survive in the end for sometime and become strong enough you go fight it, not the other way around.
