The Dragon Tree, Needle Grass, Murkweed, and Twisted Vine are missing localization.
The saplings and leaves are also missing their respective item tag, to make them compatible with recipes that use those tags.

Also, will waterlogging be added to pillars?

All the missing localization and tags will be added in the next version. Waterlogging pillars are not priority right now but we may consider to add that..even if the original mod has not that feature
